SUMMARY

Sales Consultants assist customers with their car buying experience while providing professional guidance to ensure that every customer enjoys a a dealership experience that is congruent with our ongoing pursuit of excellence in customer satisfaction.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Ability to handle a "start-to-finish" sales process on a significant load of high-quality, paid and organic internet leads

·          Support online customers through our Internet Sales management team

·         Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork

·          Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales

·         Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers.

·         Maintain a CSI score at or above the minimum guidelines.

·         Maintain performance results consistent with the current expectation levels of the platform.

 

REQUIREMENTS

·         You are required to be 18 years of age or older.

·         You are required to have a valid drivers license and clear driving record.

·         You are required to have reliable transportation with current full coverage insurance and current vehicle registration. 

·         You are required to have the ability to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.

·         You are required to have the ability to maintain a positive, can-do attitude.

·         You are required to have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced atmosphere.

·         You are required to have a strong record of customer service success.

·         You are required to have superior communication and follow-through skills.

·         You are required to have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and self-motivation.

·         You are required to have a High School diploma or GED.

·         You are required to pass both a drug and background check.
